A typical small town USA timber clad house that would date from around the latter part of the 19th century and which looks good both in the Wild West as well as in more modern towns and small cities (a tytpical house from the burbs). This is a 1x2 Landmark lot at present, but will be made available as a growable R$$ lot when the Wild West packs are put together.
