Updated 06/08/24: Texture conflict with SC4Jeek's parking lot textures solved, pink Stollhouse model added (as an individual file - just delete it if you don't like pink ;-) ).
The Stollhaus and its variants are standardized single-family houses for medium-wealth sims. They were designed by the renowned architect H. Onk. Because of the hight number of variants, the compact and pleasing design, and the excellent insulation that helps to reduce the energy costs, they are very popular among the sims. This download contains two different building models in five colors (red, yellow, beige, blue and green). They will be randomly selected by the game and grow on three different lot sizes. This file comes with an installer, Mac users can use FileJuicer to extract the files.
