This building comes both as a growable and a ploppable version.
The growable version is is a 1 x 1 CS$ lot with stats similar to the Maxis Small Shops There are two lots included, for left and right corners.
The ploppable version is found in the landmarks menu. It has no costs, but brings no revenue. Pure eyecandy, that is!
