Looks a little big for a dentist's office (a parking garage?), but I'm not sure how unrealistic that really is, since I live in a low density area. It looks nice, though.

Nice idea becaus there was no dentist before i build yout lot and everyones has ugly dents and mouth. Sorry for my French accent
