For those of you who want to give your Sims a little treat the Circus has come to town! I did toy with the idea of making this a reward, but in the end I made it a Landmark though it will cost you 55,000 of your hard earned cash (who said the life of a mayor was easy - or cheap?!).

 

Monthly cost: 450

Bulldoze cost: 100

Flammability: 10

Effect: Desirability 40 over 20 cell radius

Mayor Rating: 10 over 256 cells radius

Plop cost: 25000

Pollution: 1 air, 1 water, 15 garbage, 0 radiation

Pollution radii: 1 air, 2 water, 0 garbage, 0 radiation

Power: 60

Water: 0

Wealth: None

Dependencies: None
