The handy plopable fireworks display- (activated on the 1st of jan. and the 4th of july)
Basicly you can plop these parks wherever you like in your city and during the above dates, watch(along with the fascinated public) it go up in colour. Use unlimited times at once and when you build it, the park will set off a safe and exciting fireworks display on these dates automaticly. THATS NOT ALL...
During the day, the grass area shows nice white fountains for the onlookers. At night the park shows colourful dancing fountains for onlookers.
