I used I-495 because it is the closest interstate to me.  These signs tell your sims that the Interstate is 1 mile, 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile away and I have included an I-495 exit sign.  All of the signs are 1x1 and cost 100 to plop.

 

Installation:

1) unzip the file I-495 exit signs

2) Place all of the files not including the image file in the folder in you MyDocs/SimCity 4/Plugins folder
