This is a set of 5 buildings. The SimCity Motor Company (SCMC, or SimCity Motoren Werke, is a german car company) has one factory, one research facilitie, one loading dock, one store and the main office. The factory gives you 7500$$ jobs and the reseach 2500 $$$. The office 4500 $$$ and the store 30 $$. But all buildings are very expensive and the factory is on a base lot of 13x13 fields! So you will need much place for all buildings
