The land level are accurate, so don't plane to build sunken highways!
Some lakes need to be terraformed, but the majors waterways are alright, exept for the Port Allen channel you'll create...if you want.
Stats: 8x9 large maps, so 32km by 36km or 20 miles by 23 miles!
Caution: If you use a slope modd, you will have some problems when building bridge; you can't build'em with enought hight for boats, due to the low level of the terrain.
