The race for the sky continues in the Niagara Region with Polaris Plaza!
This building uses the Residential demand cap relief method of providing jobs so that it will not abandon!
Polaris Plaza is now the tallest building in Sim World, Just slightly taller than the Michico Marketing Tower in actuall building height, PLUS, It features a tall communication tower on its top.
The building was named for the tower on its roof which looks like the "North Pole" from storybooks.
