It's just far too brash. You'll find that memorials that are erected after tragedies are simple reflections upon the impact of that event or a remembrance of the people involved. Having it plastered over a lawn is not subtle.

it's better than your first one, but it still does nothing for me. if you really want to make a 9/11 memorial, why not do something a bit more... abstract? the holocaust memorial, for example, doesn't say "remember the holocaust." the vietnam memorial doesn't say "remember vietnam." get it?

And I again ask, can anyone add red, white and blue lighting to the empire state building as a more subtle memorial as they have done in NYC?

Lame. You don't go to Hawaii and see a huge sign saying "OMG REMEMBER TEH PEARL HARBOR!!!!!" and you don't go to Arlington seeing huge signs saying "REMEMBER WARS!". This takes what should be remembered like other things - with dignity and respect - and turns it into some commercial show.

What I'd like to point out is that the palm trees aren't aligned, neither are the folwers in the words "REMEMBER 9-11." The whole thing just looks really bad in my opinion. And like everyone else said, "REMEMBER 9-11" probably isn't the best thing to say on a lot like this.

Yall need to lighten up. Its good effort none the less. and adds a bit of a flowery touch =) "Remember 9/11 isnt the best thing in the world, but, people need to move on. Period. We have bigger issues in this country to worry about.

What a perfect memorial for 9/11, reflecting the spirit of the victims so accurately, and demonstrating the values America will defend at all costs. Well done!

IMO you should write: remember who used the atomic warhead first (and only, USA if u don't remember)! Or what country wants to "fix" the World with... force!

I'am not Rude. I just want to make you realize that not everybody likes what USA is doing. Remember that USA government has informations about attack at WTC before the tragedy happend. Sorry to be so offensive, but I don't think anybody would play SimCity 4 to get into sad mood :)

That's kind of ugly. Plus, I mean, that's not very appropriate for Sim City unless you enjoy making your games not fun.
