The Ocean Dumping Facility is a master piece, it shreds all the trash into lots of small pieces and then flushes them into the sea. This makes food for the fish but of course they won't eat the plastics !
With this plant you will no longer have trash problems. But watch out for the pollution and the mayor rating !
