Check this out! This was actually inspired with the Adler Planetarium landmark in SC3K, i made a cool observatory that has the sames stats as a gazebo but has a 500 residential desitrablity increase 
This lot requires 10$ a month for funding
as for a added boost this is the first lot ever (i think) to use a custom query from SC3K!
I modded this lot so you will here the same query sound as the Adler Planetarium makes!
