Sim idiot used a tire to start a fire. Now, this lot will pollute the air forever. (You do know how long it takes a tire to burn?) Fortunately, it's a modified recycling center so the garbage will at least be taken care of, in a small city, that is.
It's my first lot and I must give 'schnuppuli' the credit for posting a similar lot first.
I added fire and smoke to my 1x2 lot giving it a little animation but it works the same as
his and I do like both our lots, or the idea of them, anyway.
It has NO dependencies. I used all in-game items to build it with so you shouldn't have any trouble plopping it into the game. You'll find it under the power, water, and incinerator menu (Utilities).
