I thought I would post my completed gmax files from "Phillippbo's Essential BAT Tutorial". The tutorial can be found here:

I have also included growable CO$$ lot files, for those who are interested in just seeing the end result in their cities. I thought Phillippbo's office design was decent enough to include in cities. I whipped the lot together pretty quickly, so some of you may wish to use the model and design your own lot instead. The model is currently defined as a stage 1 medium-wealth commercial office. Its stats are similar to other offices at that level in the game.
However, the main purpose of posting this BAT is to give people the completed gmax file that I ended up with after going through Phillippbo's tutorial. It might be of interest to those people starting out with the BAT, and want to only do some parts of his tutorial. It's an excellent tutorial, but it does take a long time to do, and there were a couple of times that having the gmax files would have helped me. So, I thought others might benefit. (I don't promise my design is exactly as he specified in the tutorial, but it's pretty close.)
