Sunken Higway Walls

This little set is designed to enhance the look of sunken higways.
It provides straight walls that fit on the slopes surrounding sunken ground
higways. And it also contains special pieces to nicely integrate overpasses
into your sunken higway network. You can find them in the parks menu.

I recommend using the hole digging lot for ground higway to get the right
slopes beside your higway, especially to get the terrain needed for the
onramp pieces. To get them right you should dig a hole with the diggin
lot then level the terrain by placing single street tiles. When done lay the
highway and plop the overpass, hopefully you should get the right terrain.
If not try playin arround a bit with the terrain tools somtimes its just tricky
to get it right but in most cases it works fine.

These are fantastic. I was going to bury most of my highway network, but now it looks like "cost overruns" might leave longer sections cut but uncovered just so I can look at these. Agree on the need for diagonals and corners. That will make these perfect.

Just amazing, I've been looking for something like this forever. Thanks a million, this has really put the finishing touches on my city! Question, where can I get this blacktop highway mod?

Not bad at all. It would be great if you could design a few more pieces to it. Namely a wall to work with parallel side ramps that are one square off. Your current walls require 2 spaces off the highway.

This sunken highway walls definitely look great. However, I never get the straight pieces an the onramp pieces on the same level. Does anyone know how to dig the hole correctly? Another solution for this problem might be to set the base-tile for the onramp prop next to the straight wall tile.

I just made my first sunken highway! Jeronji's Walls are as good but I think these are better for sunken highways, no offense Jeronji if you're reading this.

These are great and if you still need an idea of how to make diagonal pieces check out jeronij's modern concrete walls.
