This 4*3 lot is specially designed for those who want to give a typical european look to their city, with buildings crawling deep behind the street. The zip includes two versions: one ploppable CS$$ (up to150 jobs) and one growable R$$ (up to1200 people). All parameters are noticed in the zip.
How to proceed:
- download the file and unzip the .dat which corresponds to your preferred version (plop or grow, or both) in your plugins folder.
- download and unzip the PORKIE PROPS VOL1 in the same folder.
- download and unzip the PORKIE PROPS VOL2 in the same folder.
- in SC4, find the plop version in the landmarks menu. Draw a 4X3 high-density residential zone to make it grow.
