The Deucalion is a high-wealth commercial office block, based on a design by Libeskind. The building is raised on three main pillars, with access to the main foyer being by elevator and stair from the ground floor lobby. Each floor has floor-to-ceiling glass, affording stunning city-wide views. Fourteen floors are occupied by offices, the top by a restaurant, with plenty of exhibition space in the first floor foyer.
This is a CO$$$ Stage 6 building on a 4x4 lot. An effort has been made to ensure all statistics are in line with the relevant class of original Maxis buildings.
