1500 is actually a good sensible amount for boosting new cities that are only a little in dept. This is well thought through!

no offense, but there's already a decent amount of cheatlots on STEX, and I don't think this one looks a lot better. Your tree is nice though, might make a nice tree prop.

1500 is enough to save your bacon as mayor if times get tough yet not so much that it destroys the challenge

I would like to see another with a different tree. I like the lot! I believe in an auto-subsidy to replace the "weaknesspays" every month. Many lot builders get carried away with monthly costs for terrain lots (I don't know how to modify).

Lot not working!! Monthly maintenance cost $150 and no income.

As you said will spoil the game. It modifies the City Beautification as a Landmark that doesn't seem to be corrected by deleting the lot from game or Plugins. I would remove the file from the STEX if I were you.

Pathetic. Just use ArtMoney to give you any amount of money you need. It messes up the game, and is very unstable. Also, I believe that the phrase goes "Money does not grow on trees." Notice the word, 'tree' is plural.
