~it covers my 2.3 Million sim region ~no, it doesn't clean the water; this is just supposed to be a substitute for placing a zillion little water pumps if you want to have one city pump all of your water

Could you update this for SimCity 4: RH? As it is now radical with Rush hour's large pump which is $3150 but only 10% of the capicity. Maybe triple this one's cost and it'll be alright?

I know - it used to be a lot more expensive, but people started saying that it cost too much, so i lowered the cost substantially. Not incredibly realistic, but neither is 400 water pumps in a row.
