I have to say you have some really cool little buildings that seem to be over looked by other batters that create. I love your approach and designs. They fit in great with Maxis buildings and are not screaming look at me like so many other batters have made in the past. Great work. Keep it up!

hate to be the the downer wile the buildings are GREAT you put Nothing on the lot no parking lot no cars only props i see are a tree and three sims . Of corse the buildings them selfs are worth the download .

i have the city detail turned down on my machine...there is more detail in the lot.

I've recently tried this, and I found out that it behaves well and I like it very much. It's not spectacular, but it's a great addition which gets some more variation into those 1x1 commercial lots I like to use to fill gaps at diagonal streets. A 9/10, I'd say. :)

Finally something besides greasy tacos for my working-class sims! Great job! Is it possible to be made compatible with 1x2 and 1x3 lots?
