Yes, the grass looks way too clean. Besides, such facilities have fences around them normally, don't they? Yu wouldn't want everyone to walk around there. I hope you kept the stats and effects halfways realistic.

a bit better than the other 2, but heres a suggestion. if you're serious about this stuff then you should make a thread in the forums so people can comment beforehand and you can upload a much more polished lot to the STEX.

This is indeed a much better effort. I agree with the others that the grass should probably go, but aside from that, it looks good...and has nice functionality to boot.
