Grand Park With Accomodation 1.0

This sucks! Lol jk! No worries, no worries. I think the lot is fine, but the tower has to go, it just makes everything look silly. But hey it's your second time so good job! :D

Since you asked for comments: The lot is too large with repetitive gazebos and fields; these things can be done by anyone using existing lots in the parks menu. The various buildings give the lot a chaotic feel to it...

Also for a park, there is a real lack of flora. Try using a greater variety of lots and place a few props to rid it of its utter starkness. Leave the buildings out, as these things will naturally grow in game from the $$$ demand created by the park. Keep practicing and good luck!

Sorry, brutal reality is best teacher...

The one-hole golf course, the hi-rise in the park, the overall odd look of the conglomeration of objects.... Its like your first post - weird and not useful. I think you should maybe concentrate on creating something you've seen in real life instead. This is better than your first, but still bad.

Stop to take things from thr game and paste them in your lots...

Quit uploading your cheesy lots to the STEX!

I sure don't think this is a grand park!It looks more like something done with the lot editor.

Before you create a lot you have to ask yourself: Why would anyone use this lot instead of the lots that are already in the game. Is this lot a great improvement? Your lot, I'm afraid, isn't an improvement. I could just as well use the lots I already have, and probably with a much better result.

I won't give you a bad rating because its your second attempt and its not bad so good job and i hope you do alot better in your future buildings. :-)

Keep trying and upload when you think you've got something that's actually good.

The concept isn't bad...but the lot looks too much like a simple kludge of different recreation lots. You'll really need a custom-designed lot for this to work.

its a great lot, little big. The highrise real doesnt fit in. don't listion to the other people that leave rude comments...they prob dont know how to create a great city

Not a bad idea...but the visible lines between the parks is a downer. And some of it looks like default sc4 stuff. Try your hand at customisation. Even if it isn't perfect it looks more unique and original.

I don't care what anybody says it's a nice park.

My pet squirrel makes better lots than this.
