I think this is kinda cool. It makes me think of the Toledo Bend area where an entire village was purchased and flooded to make the reservoir.

It could be funny to put in an area some flooded building to witness a calamity in the past...like tokyo in evangelion...the level of the water rised and now the humanity have rebuilt te city over the ground...I think if it's not expensive to plop it's a good lot...8

Well I think this is great I would like to see more lots like this as some have said before me it looks like ruins of an old city. Kinda like Paradim City in Big O. Remeber the year starts a 0 Sim City 4 could be based in a new age of mankind. The maintaince cost is for keeping thrill seekers away.

This would be great for a CJ.
I like Jurney's idea:
Jurney
....what you can do with this is get one of those cities that are completley water of mostly water and call it like "Old 'name of city'"....

I quite like this, for creating the effect of flooding in certain areas of the city.

There's no point putting buildings underwater !! Yeah, it only makes the city ugly and unrealistic :( too bad, better luck next time.

Would work if you make like 10 bits that you can lay out how yo want to make a look of a flooded city..... guess I depends on how serious you take tha game.... kind of sick ... what happened to the sims in those buildings... you know sims can't swim right?

Serves very little purpose. I don't really know any reason to have this in my region's coastlines

narrowminded country folk ... (not to all but to some) this HAS a point and it HAS a purpose ... yes, it's not for every city but it is great for a CJ in which a huge flood occurs and as a result, parts of the city that are near the water get flooded so stop mocking the guy for no reason, if it doesn't fit in your concept of the city, it doesn't mean it's generally bad!

eh...i guess your right. but i have one question that you didn't cover. why does this lot suck balls? is it because a flood went up few hundred feet to cover up the hair on a skyscraper? then receeded leaving the beautiful sandy shoreline fastly populated around 3 embarrassed heads of 3 very tall scrapers calmly basking in the sun? this lot blows...and should be washed up in a RIPTIDE hoping that the head of the lot won't be visible like these poor scrapers!
