About This File

Ever wish that your citizens would just get lost? Now they can!

At 9x9, Simulabyrinth is the size of a large city block. Unlike many mazes where the objective is simply to get out, this one has two goals. Sims are challenged to find all ten rosebushes before exiting.

This enormous maze includes a central lookout tower, lighting for night journeys, and scattered benches, telephones, and restrooms...because you never know. Visitors should plan on having a fun-filled day, because that's likely how long they'll be there.

Simulabyrinth provides double the Park Effect and Landmark Effect of the Large Park, as well as a boost to your Mayor Rating.

Thanks for feedback. eppisgood: I checked very carefully, and no part of the maze is unreachable. Once it is plopped, you can change the view to see walkways more clearly.

as dusty said, its visual appearance is a bit dull -- maybe itll look a better if it was hedges instead of stone walls? imo, green mite look better than grey. but still an original idea.

f-doc: I almost did that, but hedge mazes have been created a couple of times before on a smaller scale. I thought I would make a stone-based maze instead.

Great lot! One of the most creative I've seen! Good job and plan! Too bad we can't make Sims running the maze...

Thanks Equinox! I wish I could have done that too, but the closest effect to that would be something like "Random Walk"...and then people would be walking through the walls. :)

Heh heh heh, those Sims, too bad we couldn't make like patrol paths or something for the Sims...oh, well, it's very good anyways.

I'd like to know how long it took you to make this. It seems very well detailed and how the walls are spaced apart. Very creative!

Thank you athuss! The labyrinth took just over two days from start to finish, but I spent many hours during that time making sure the details were just right.

Love the lot though I went through it on the most zoomed in level and you cannot get from the start to the finish Extremely creative though :) 8/10
