makes you money? doesn't reduce desirability? what the heck, does the jail charge the inmates rent or something and have them do yardwork and flower gardening for the neighbors?!

now *that* looks spiffy. I would have put in a negative impact on R and C but still, it's fine.

What is the difference between a .bat & .lot in terms of which folder to put this in and what it does. I put the garbage disposal .lot in the pluggins folder and it doesn't show the power plant on the lot but it does have cars on it though. All my .exe work in the pluggins folder but not .lot (s)
