You need to put some underlays like footpaths and cars, also put some trees and get rid of the tall white building and the baseball pitch.

Most modern urban universities/colleges are conglomerations of various architecutal styles and periods, having been built over the course of several growth spurts. I wish it would grow on its own.

Oh yeah, I forgot. Baseball?? Come on. The school needs a FOOTBALL Stadium!

there isn't a single "Official" football firld and if i took baco's than that would be copying now wouldn't it bobhiltner ;(

This would be a much better lot if you wolt take out the baseball stadium, the swimming pool & the tennis court an added some parking.

this one is good! I like it a lot! A lot of universities don't have football teams, I like the baseball field. :)

Eww, that is not a Univercity, atleast not a good one. Simcity got it right no need to make new ones...

I like it just add some more trees and cars and put a wall around the perimeter but its really up to date in our current Society. 5/5
