About This File

This is my first BAT that's decent (big thanks go out to PhillipBo and his tutorial... it really helped me to improve myself with this program).  This is the CDI's (Company of Divisions International) headquarters.  Here all the heads of departments and their staff's offices, from the air travel to filmmaking to sports, are located here. 

Yatagan_L, over at the SimCity 4 official website, dreamed up this design and I just made his drawings 3d.

It is a landmark for now, but I hope to add jobs sometime in the near future (when I find out how).  Also, I'm going to put in more detail, such as night lights and roof junk.  I just wanted to get the model out there.  Pleae post any problems so I can rectify them.

I'll pass this one by. I'm not too fond of the architecture of it. It definately needs texturing and a smaller, better textured, more appealing lot. Ok for a first upload though. Keep trying, you'll get there.

Ok Legaeveth, glad to know that it works. And Wolfwynde, I'll look into making the lot smaller. Because it IS a supercompany's headquarters, I made it big intentionnally...

...However, I understand that if it takes too much room, in may not be very appealing (textures too). And the style can't obviously appeal to everyone.

Gamefreak, honestly watch your comments please. Its his first BAT and I don't see you releasing any lots on the STEX. Give the guy some credit. Bien fait et je vais l'essayer!
