Great! Makes a welcome changed from battling with the ground levelling tools, and the Maxis beach. 10/10

Will be using this on all my coastlines. No more messing about with coastline to make everything fit. Excellent work.

I sure wish that I found this lot before. I stopped using the beaches in the game because they were so ugly and it was hard to get the beaches where I wanted them to be, and this lot will change all of that. 10/10!

I'm coming up with a brown box on the promenade with flags. Can anyone tell me which dependancy am I missing?

Finally beaches can have a natural look and not that canned squared look! This should come with SC4 by default.

I think i'm doing something wrong because whenever I go into the underground view the water disappears from above the underwater lots and makes the beaches look very strange. In the region view it looks even worse Is anyone else using these lots with custom water textures? Perhaps that's what is causing the problem. Anyway apart from that its excellent!!

These beach pieces are amazing! MUCH better than the pathetic beach that comes with the game, and it can be placed on any shore, unlike the in-game one.

Water bug issue.

Someone finally saved me. In Ocean City, Maryland, you don't see parking lots next to the beaches, make Maxis beaches unrealistic. But with this, I can make any beach I want without one. x1000000000 improved realism. Thanks!!!

Sorry. fixed some spelling for myself.....

I also have the water issue of it dissapearing when you save the game. The sand lots "go over the water".
