Too many criminals in your prison system? Need more cash for yourbudget? Then what you need is the Cargo Carrier Port. It acts as aFederal Prison, but brings in 2,500 simoleons! The 120 workers are allcriminals. They are educated to use the heavy machinery and used fortransporting goods across town! The port comes with it's own securityand gas-pumping station for when the ex-con truckers need to refill.
