meh. if its not modded, i'll do it myself =P. its a nice lot...looks very much like an urban school..i'll have to see the back of it though.

It has the same stats as an elementary school, but I may update it soon.

This is one of the nicer elementary schools. Think I'll download it.

I think it should hold more students my school is about 1/2 the sieze but holds about nearly twice the amounght.

I give it a 4.9 / 5 ...

This is a very nice-looking lot. The [i][b]maintanence costs are a little higher than the default Maxis one[/b][/i] (-0.1), but not as high as other schools that I've seen here. Also that information is already included on the description ("Monthly cost is as much as a High School"), which is good, avoid "surprises".

But I believe this compensates for the higher capacity... Bus radious and costs are like the default.

Anyway, as it's impossible to give 4.9, I'm rounding up to 5/5! I will use it on all my cities. Great job!
