A remake of my previous Radioactive Materials Testing facility. I've changed some of the things that I thought people didn't like, these are. 1. The amount of radiation that is released after it explodes, this is now much less. 2. Due to the new exemplar I found which controls nuking, it no longer takes the place of the original nuclear power plant, so, it's just like another lot. 3. It makes more money. And you can build as many of these as you want. And one of the most important things. Only the collage building can nuke, so don't let that building burn down, or else you'll have a big environmental issue on your hands, and your sims will not be too happy! Anyway, Here are the specifications.
