Having survived a Chapter 11 bankruptcy a few years back, this company now looks to push forward into the 21st Century with a new beginning.
Included in this file are 5x4 ploppable and 5x4 growable lot. The ploppable includes a custom icon in the landmarks menu for easy viewing and has been modded to include jobs.
I have slightly modified the statistics for this lot form the previous version. The ploppable and growable share the same stats. They are now as follows--- It employs 125 sims, has a pollution effect on air/water/garbage of 1/3/8 respectively, power consumed is 42, water consumed is 6, and costs $160 to bulldoze. In addition, the ploppable costs $27500 to plop.
