Anyone here played Spore and/or its expansion Galactic Adventures?
Dashafrash. replied to mayorlucario's topic in General Off-Topic
Played it a couple of times back in 2009/2010. Didn't bother with the expansion pack; the standalone was too much of a disappointment. -

Shouldn't the Cities of Tomorrow Expansion Pack be listed up there, either as DLC or an EP? Thanks, it's been added. -Cyclone -
How do we feel about Genetically Modified (GM) foodstuffs?
Dashafrash. replied to A Nonny Moose's topic in Current Events
"Whereas sustainable non-GMO agricultural methods used in developing countries have conclusively resulted in yield increases of 79% and higher, GMOs do not, on average, increase yields at all. This was evident in the Union of Concerned Scientists' 2009 report Failure to Yield―the definitive study to date on GM crops and yield." -

How do we feel about Genetically Modified (GM) foodstuffs?
Dashafrash. replied to A Nonny Moose's topic in Current Events
Sure, they may provide added nutritional benefits, but at what cost? I'd much rather have to take a vitamin supplement than be faced with the risk of food allergies. Something such as bananas may have been modifying themselves for the past thousand or so years, but they were doing that themselves, naturally. -

Mussolini proved to be a much 'better' dictator than Adolf, though none can compare to the almighty Sacha Baron Cohen. Anywho, although I haven't used SimCity 4 or the STEX Exchange for years now, this is what I could come up with in a quick search.
