477 Madison Avenue is a 23-story high-rise modernist building located in Manhattan, New York City, built in 1953. INFORMATIONS The model is available in two versions - Landmark and Commercial Office. Both are corner models. With the custom LODS it's possible to add furniture as props on the terraces in case anyone wants to do it. Landmark Plop cost: 100,000 Lot size: 2x3 Commercial Service: Lot Size: 2x3 CO$$$: 5000 CO$$: 7000 INSTALLATION Unzip the files from the .zip to your Plugins folder. There are four .zip files in the download area. The Failing Office Building is a 12-story high-rise building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, U.S. Also known as The 620 Building, it was built from 1908-1910 by the firm Whidden & Lewis. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 31, 2007.
