This is a set of small civic lots for rural and very remote communities. Included are Police Stations, Speed Traps, Fire Volunteer Stations and a tiny First Aid station. LIST OF LOTS POLICE STATIONS 1x1 (1 car), 2x1, 3x1 (2 cars each) All other values are similar to the small default station, but with a larger radius. * The station houses use a family of four different colors. 'Speed Trap' 1x1 All values are similar to the default police kiosk, with 1 car added. Included are transparent, LH and RH drive versions as well. FIRE VOLUNTEERS 1x1, 1x2, 2x1 (1 engine each) All other values are similar to the default small station, but with a larger radius. FIRST AID STATION 1x1 All values are set to about 1/2 of the default 'Urgent Care Clinic'. Made for those small pockets with 3 or 4 houses out of reach of any hospital. DEPENDENCIES * PEG MTP SUPER RESOURCE * BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01 * bldgprop_vol1 Optional - If you want the flag on the police stations you need * PEG One Flag - Many Nations Mod Read the instructions carefully to find out how to make it the flag of your choice! DEVELOPER NOTES You find the items in the appropriate civics menus (police, fire, health), they all have custom icons. Stats and costs are indicated via the in-game menus. The 'Speed Traps' come as RH and LH drive - just remove the lots you don't need. Same for all the other lots as well - you can safely remove any you do not wish to use.
