Description: At the top of Guam's mountain peaks, visible from the highway below, are crosses. These are actually there as part of the stations of the cross, a Catholic tradition during the season of Lent. Catholicism being the predominant faith on the island, a Good Friday trek up the mountain trail, with some locals carrying a heavy cross themselves to simulate the leadup to Jesus' crucifixion, is popular each year. This lot is slope conforming to allow it to be placed on mountains and has no base texture so that it can blend in to those surroundings, but it could be placed anywhere the Sim faithful at the local House of Worship want it to be. Except underwater. And elevated in the air. But most other places. The most identifiable symbol of Chamorro heritage, the latte stone is a source of pride for those from the Mariana Islands. Parks like this are preserved or recreated in places like Guam - or in a fictional city with a cosmopolitan tradition and an established Chamorro neighborhood. The high landmark effect (75 over 15 tiles) reflects neighborhood pride. It also helps with air pollution a little and doesn't require much maintenance. The high bulldoze cost relative to its price tag is a result of costly legal battles with those lobbying for it to remain. Thanks to @Gn_leugim and @Flann for the tips and answering my newbie questions on my first BAT. Dependencies: BSC MEGA Props CP Vol01 (v1.0) MMP Mod for BSC MEGA PropPack - CP Vol2 (v1.0) -

The Mariana Islands (also the Marianas) are a crescent-shaped archipelago comprising the summits of fifteen mostly dormant volcanic mountains in the western North Pacific Ocean, between the 12th and 21st parallels north and along the 145th meridian east. They lie south-southeast of Japan, west-southwest of Hawaii, north of New Guinea and east of the Philippines, demarcating the Philippine Sea's eastern limit. They are found in the northern part of the western Oceanicsub-region of Micronesia, and are politically divided into two jurisdictions of the United States: the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and, at the southern end of the chain, the territory of Guam. This map is probably around half scale. Enjoy, My lads
