Ability to make tunnels. Different building types for schools, police stations, train stations, etc....to allow for multiple different types of the aforementioned in one city

Like we had in SC4? Also....universities? Is there a way to do modular airports, seaports, etc? Thanks! To expand on my question....can we at some point have the ability to have different school buildings, police stations, train stations, etc.... throughout the city?

In all seriousness...I've been perched at my laptop all evening playing this absolute masterpiece of a game. What an absolute thrill to feel this way about a city sim again! Paradox....Colossal Order....you guys and gals have affected the collective gaming community today in ways you probably won't truly be able to appreciate. This game is that good, to me. Congratulations. You all deserve it. There was a huge void in this genre for nearly a decade...That wait ends today. Thank you all so much.

I fully concur. It has been a long.....LONG time since I've anticipated a game this much....probably since SimCity 4 was announced. I haven't even played a second of this game (waiting for download), but all the videos, reviews, etc. that I have seen have been a God-send. THANK YOU for PROPERLY resurrecting what is, quite possibly, the best video game genre there is. THANK YOU!

How are you guys getting functional airports in different "cities" in your region? I thought the airport had to be in the same city tile as your city to have any effect? This has always been my biggest beef w/ SimCity 4. Is this possible to do? (i.e., "outsource" the airport to a different spot in the region and have its effect spread out to the neighboring cities??)

I know this has been attempted in the past, and I am aware of the myriad questions regarding this topic in the past, but is there ANY hope of modding SimCity 4 to allow for regional airports/seaports (i.e., not having to have an airport in your "CBD city"?
