    Hello I encountered a new problem. It turns out only the borderless fullscreen option gave me the right resolution. Changing them to other modes (Windowed, Fullscreen), returned it to a small window. The new problem came when I tried using the borderless fullscreen option again. It always CTD no matter what I do (removing plugins, changing settings, fresh install, VC redist repair and computer restart). It works well only if I don't use the borderless window mode, which did not give me the full screen of my laptop (1080p). There is no impact on other dll plugins, only this one. It happens at random, so I don't know what caused it. Any reason why?
  2. I have resolved the issue. It turns out the dll and the ini needs to be in the right root folder. I have also installed DgVoodoo just in case. Thank you for your help! It works perfectly now!

  4. So, I tried reinstalling the Visual C++ 2015-2022 x86 redist several times, even uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting the computer. The dll mod keeps showing a small, windowed program, with none of the changes in the .ini files (resolution, intro, etc.) applied to it. Even setting the .ini to false doesn't work. Is there something wrong with the installation? I use sc4pac to manage the dll plugin and my SimCity 4 is the steam edition.

    Hello I have recently used sc4pac to help simplify my plugin installation. I have installed all the prerequisites (Java and C++ as indicated in many of the troubleshoots I read). But so far, aside from the sc4fix, the other dll plugins does not seem to be working. I have made sure the manually-installed plugins to be gone so as to not conflict with the new ones. I even checked the dll plugin files to make modifications as required. Nothing seems to work. The version I am using is the Steam version, updated to the newest version that support sc4pac. If you can help solve this issue, it would be helpful.

    Hello I used sc4pac to install the plugin. For some reason, I can't see changes to the game despite changing the settings. I have installed the prerequisites (Java 11+ and Visual C++ as indicated), but nothing seemed to happen. Did I miss something? Or is it better to reinstall the game? I use the Steam version, updated to the latest one.
