  1. Thank you for the help and access to that file, I'll give this a shot.

Hi, I am very new to this forum but not new to this wonderful creative game we all love called SC4, I know that this was mentioned a thousand times here about this small demise but despite all my trouble shooting Im getting plagued with all these no job zots, I tried improving traffic flow and accessibility to commercial and industrial locations but this is extreme. I noticed that the demand for commercial is high and Industrial is low, except agriculture. My taxation is set at a reasonable rate for all like 8.5 percent for residential and I have substantial education in this city and the wealthy are flourishing but the no job zot just grows everywhere. Any help from all of the professionals here would be greatly appreciated.

    My Father worked on the construction of that hotel before I was born, he also watched its demolition.

    Thank you for this, I love this store and coincidentally I lived in Richfield Utah which is based as the location and model of the building you stated in the description above, I now live in So. Utah.

    Thank you for the warm welcome friends, after troubleshooting installation issues with SC4 and the awesome NAM on my antiquated windows 7 PC, its working well....I hope. Im in the process of a making a huge region that is sort of Central European like, since I used to live in Germany for almost a decade and I will post images a little later in the gallery.     Thanks for this awesome website, I dusted off my SC4 software and became re interested again since I have not played for almost 10 years and thank you for letting me hop onboard. I have been a fan of SimCity since its first release in the late 80's or early 90's I believe.
