    matias93 and @simmering, thank you for your kind replies. I found Functional Residential Arcology Landmark - Residential - Simtropolis. It works fine with Growify.

Hi all, I’m looking for large, ploppable residential buildings for SimCity 4 with high residential capacity, similar to the Kapella Narodnaya Mnogokvartira No3 (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/11573-kapella-narodnaya-mnogokvartira-no3/). Does anyone know of other ploppable, high-density residential mods? I’m open to styles like modern, Western, or futuristic high-rises, as long as they pack a lot of residents. Links to other reliable sources would be awesome! Thanks for any recommendations!
