I have played SimCity 4 Delux on and off for ten years. Just got a new Mac and never used road/highway or transportation Mods before. How do I get the Mods for my Mac and where do I put the Mod folder so they work properly.

I create a new city and match the terrain to the adjacent cities. When I visit the adjacent cities, those terrains don't match. Do I have to destroy half a city to match one terrain in one city with another city.?????

I installed the full program. Using the Nam to extract. Installed Java. All uploads went flawlessly. The game doesn't work at all now. Great.

I bought SimCity4 from Apples App Store. I extracted the contents and let the program put the contents in the plugging folder Library/container/com.aspyr.simcity4.appstore/Data/Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. I also installed and used the NetworkAddonMod_compiler. I start the game, it takes longer to start, but there isn't any thing different in any of the road, train, highway, or any of the menus. Maybe this is not compatible with Mac. Thank you for your assistance, but I believe this isn't working due to software bugs.

I downloaded the folders. Installed mods and stex. I don't see anything new or different with the game. Thanks for the assistance anyway.

Thanks for the assistance! I installed the downloads in my SimCity4 plugin folder. Now I get a black screen for about 30 seconds, then the SimCity front shell, then it crashes. Any ideas? http://www.bgastudios.com/SimCity4/SimCity4Plugin.jpg

Where do I download STEX?

I'm way out of the loop here. I want to expand the options for highway and roads. I see on ramps and curves in download offerings.. Some tutorials have highways you can separate into singular one way lanes. I'd like to try these. I didn't get many options for this or buildings or landmarks. I tried to download "mods" put them in my Plugins . . . does nothing. I downloaded this . . . MGB Rural GLR v1.10 In fact I don't have anything in my SimCity4 plugin folder. This is frustating situation. I feel I'm way over my head. Where can I find a tutorial or advice to get these "mods" to work for my Mac version of Simcity4 Deluxe. Thanks. Chaz
