I downloaded NAM and I was putting trams down, but I am really confused on how to place the diagnol pieces. Specially with avenues they don't really seem to properly fit over the road tiles at all and the game won't let me place them seperately either. Maybe I am just dumb but if there is a proper way to do it or some video I can watch it would be very helpful.

I am having problems installing NAM. It says that it can not find the EXE for SC4. I have no idea how exactly to fix this issue. I even put the install program in the same folder and it still says it can't find the EXE.

I don't know if anyone else has notice this but plopable RCI buildings seems to not be able to catch on fire or produce as many agents as regular zoned buildings. I might just be seeing things with the latter since I made a whole city with nothing but medium wealth, medium density appartments but at the same time most of my other cities have had a hard time with traffic when doing the same thing only with zoning.
