    I don't know as though a psych eval would be the best solution, just a nice, long prison sentence to teach them a little life lesson. If they want to waste their lives like that, then go ahead. they deserve to rot in jail for life for what they did to that girl. And better parenting would most likely have prevented all of this. If these girls were taught right from wrong in the first place, then this probably wouldn't have happened.

    If you want, try going online and look at either some other SimCity layouts or real city layouts and see what you like, and you can try and model it from there...worked for me.

    I like this idea. Maybe someone could create a few mods, like a traffic pullover mod or a special lane in the roads or avenues just for emergency vehicles, like they have in big cities. Just a thought.
