Pretty cool. I like how the farm areas were turned into res. and indust. Just like in RL. Interesting work over all.

Awesome work, very unique style. Good eye for detail....I got to watch this one more closely and thank for your contributions to the STEX!!! -
Very interesting....looks like you have a little of every thing when comes to transit...WOW.....I bet you don't have any traffic jams here. Great work.

Wow, it's always very interesting to look at these pics...and I always spend so much time looking at them, cause there is so much details and you have some very interesting lots. The garbage area esspecially looks very realistic..it is after all an industrial area near a habour. Anyways awesome pics and this CJ is what I strive for mine to compare to. Not neccessarily saying I want it to be the same, but I'd like the detail to be just as good as yours. I can't wait for the next update!!

Wow...holy moly...lots of roads. The transit system looks great. Lots of details too...the parks, streams... looks great.

Hey Darmok, Great pics, I really like the truck stop, I think I've been there before. The pic with the one street of commercial looks very realistic. And the church...wow...just perfect with the cemetary behind. Good eye for detail, the fence lines up very well all the way around the lot and the walkway was a very good touch!! Can't wait for the next update.

Wow, this city is incredible. I am trying to make a realistic city but you are copying a city. My hat goes off to you. This is awesome. I have no words to say how incredible this looks. I can't wait to see more.

I agree with Sloppet, the round about looks great. Very nice country/farm pics. I really like the look. It's very refreshing to visit your CJ cause so many others don't concentrate on details and a realistic look. At least that's what I think. Great pics, I can't wait to see your next post.

Great start, beautiful pictures but you need to change them to jpeg. If you don't, you run the risk of them being deleted. Keep up the great work.

First of all, your city looks great. A little to grid like for me but this is your CJ not mine. Second, I have played this game now for years and I have had cities make money from start to their end. Some cities with huge amounts of profits that I couldn't spend the money fast enough. I would not change the tax rates at all until you start making money. Begin lowering the taxes as your city begins to make money. Also I noticed that you have your rich sims paying less in taxes than your poor sims. I also made this mistake in my earlier years of playing. Your rich sims are rich, make them pay. If you keep the taxes like this, the sims will move in too slowly. Also I remember reading somewhere that there is a demand percentage on the relation between rich and poor sims in a city. 10% high, 25% medium and the rest low. Don't qoute me on these numbers, but it is something like that. I keep my rich sims paying 9% and my poor paying 8%. Lower the taxes as a bonus to your sims, not to try to lure them into your city from the begining, it doesnt always work. I also see that you have boosted your dirty industrial to 18%. Your poor sims work there. No jobs for them means no demand for them either. You can build a balanced city with all levels and not have too much polution, if that is your goal. Also only add public, health and education as needed unless you are building a city exactly how you see it should be. In which case you will loose some money sometimes and that is where the balancing act comes into play. Lower all the budget on these buildings to as low as you can. No need for a college or an university until you have 75000 sims or more (my personal opinion of coarse). I hope this isn't too much info and I hope it helps and make some sense. Keep up the great work and don't give up.

Wow, what an honor to get my very own passportto Andin Valley. Thank you so much, where exactly can I find a good house. You know not too close to the city but not so far that I have to drive too long to get any where? Awesome updates, great pics and incredible detail. I think I'm going to steal some of your ideas. Don't be surprised if my farming area has some dirt roads and walk ways like yours. It looks perfect. Thanks in advance. Some questions 1. 1st pic from update done on 2/16 7:50am, where did you get this fence? On the STEX or is it yours. I NEED IT. 2. T road pieces I see every where in the farm areas. Where are they from? 3. Corner drive way, where are they from? 4. Are you using some kind of grass modd? I really like the colour of the grass in your CJ. Can you help me with these questions, it would be very appreciated. Great stuff here!!!!
