And she graduated with high honors from her law school. And there you have it, straight from the litigator's mouth.quote> I'm certainly not a lawyer, and I would trust a lawyer over myself and my law teacher, but I have to say that my high school law textbook says that hate speech is in a legal gray area. At least according to it (and it's eight years old now), hate speech is still protected under the First Amendment, though many groups are fighting to illegalize it.

Most litigators would likely put this case in the realm of personal privacy if they were looking to convict, rather than free speech. It's very difficult to prove slander or to get around the First Amendment that way. It would be much easier to prove that the privacy rights of this family were violated by the protest than to argue that the WBC's conduct was slanderous. As to my personal opinion, Fred Phelps is a sick, deluded megalomaniac.

Many BATers do merge their Desc and lot files, but if you organize your plugins well (not just dumping all the files in without categorizing them), you shouldn't have a problem.

Does anyone know of a good airport-building tutorial? I've looked through the omnibus but haven't found anything, though I might be going about it wrong. I read the readmes for the RIMP and it got me started, but it still seemed a little cryptic.

Detroit may have plenty of land, but it's also got tons of unused office space that needs to be filled before much new development starts. Mayor Kwame isn't helping the situation much either. I honestly can't see why he got voted in a second time, what with his scandals and waste. The last thing Detroit needs is somebody reaching into its pockets so they can have a few more security guards to protect them from their own cruelly underserviced population. I'm a Livonian suburbanite though, so my opinion is biased about the state of Detroit affairs. -
