that is what i did tonks u using DTs no maxis mod? it gives you options to block maxis stuff by wealth so you could just isolate what is cuasing the issue -

after doing some research WWII may have taken out a lot of historic Warsaw but with the fall of communism the city really seems to be taking off in some pretty amazing ways keep the pics coming

I am still wondering if the next version of the NAM is going to have puzzle/on slope highway pieces if anyone could the NAM team could confirm or deny I am not asking for a timeline just if they are on the list of upcoming new NAM features.
