yeah it is still a work in progress, but i totally agree edit on a side note the one large city in that region has gotten so bugged out my game plays fine (albeit a few random crashes like most) but that city is just so chalk full of stuff when i load it as soon as you zoom in/out try to terraform anything it crashes, any ideas?

ok got another one something that has long annoyed me is that when a tower is made say CO$$$ it is incredibly unrealistic (that is 1,000 high wealth jobs) come on what about the average office drones, secretaries janitors, cafe workers ect. In any major office building even a high weal th company most emplyees aren't high wealth, it would be sweet if one building (that previously had lets say 1,000$$$ jobs, could employ like 300Cs$ 500CO$$ and then 200CO$$$ that would be much more realistic

here in chicago we had massive storms knock out the power at my building for over 24 hours and where i work i got the day off Tuesday due to power outages cause by the huge storms

yeah i do, quite a lot and love it, obviously as ski said my company 401k is my backbone but when oppurtunities arrise i am an avid futures trader-made a bunch selling orange juice before last years hurricanes. I find trading futures a little more predicatable than stocks. i have also traded succesfully and profitably in copper (thanks china for that big mistake-some chinese government copper speculater shorted a ton of contracts trying to force the price down on bogus info about a large mine, anyways he was a fool and copper shot up like a rocket) i did get a little burned recently on natural gas as it has strangley gone down, doh my bad if you are in college still take some trading classes and hopefully you will do some kinda trade simulation which is a great way to test your abilities and judgement. the most recent stock i have dabbled in was ArcherDanielsMidland, mutual funds in general I find to be mostly a total rip off especially the managed ones. anyone with a background in investing can earn a better return, fund mangers have to get payed you know.

excellent work on the flipped pic and the nice base textures next to the curve in the avenue look great (is that a mod or custom lots) if you cropped the top 2 inches off (ugly grass) i would have given you a full 10 as it is 9.5/10 edit: great industrial pic aswell, nice BATs i love oppies rotunda 8/10

yeah i thought it looks more like a grain terminal but maybe you are right. anyways here is the other teasor he has given us the detail on these things is pure somy and totally nuts! i am just imagining how massive these will be.
