    Are the cities you are trying to load well developed? If so, you may be running into a lack of RAM. Mind posting some specs? And if you can, get a screenshot of that hard drive message.

    Like Tarkus said, it all depends on the person, and what they intend to create. I know of people who have worked on regions for years and have not finished them. One person in particular spent, if I recall correctly, 8 months on a single large city tile. Personally, I could build a functional city in a day, or a beautiful city in a few weeks.

    I've been a longtime user of IE, in the times when we still had dial up 56k connections. Then, I discovered Chrome in 2011 and my life became so much nicer.

    Willard Smithers chooses lot 3 and builds an imports shop for taking in goods from the docks and selling them at excellent prices. The Smithers family also clears land outside the town for a home, and all lumber from the clearing is donated to the town supply.

  16. What graphics card to get for SC4?

    Im running on Intel Integrated 4000 with the renderer set to hardware. Got about 40 fps, will drop to about 20ish in large cities, but completely playable. As for a card, Ive got an old Geforce 7300 LE in another computer, which ran it quite well. You can pick one up for about $30. *And to think that high end machine cost me $5000 back in '05, and my phone outperforms it!*
