  1. Oh yeah. It's essential for small cities. Get rid of the "prisoners are going free" news ticker message without breaking the bank! Also, I've rarely if ever seen a jail at capacity.

  3. NEWS FLASH: Adopt-a-'hood™: Leave a YouTube comment on one of these videos to SUBMIT A NAME for a NEIGHBOURHOOD, LANDMARK, PARK, STREET or TRANSIT STATION! Other than that, the East-West transit line expands West across the river to follow a major residential expansion in Plantation Bay City.

      Do feel free to post a topic in the SC4 General Discussion forum linking to your videos whenever you're ready (they can be embedded into the post editor, or use a text link if you prefer).

      I'm sure they'd be of benefit to many mayors who'll still be interested in learning a few tips and tricks. *;)

      Will do! I have three videos up covering 1) basic concepts, utilities and zoning; 2) desirability factors; and 3) transportation. The fourth one will cover regional play and "complete" the tutorial for the time being. I may add supplements later on modding, NAM stuff, etc. I will be posting the completed series of 4 videos in the General Discussion forum for sure once it's complete!

      Thanks sincerely for the suggestion by the way. Self-promotion is always awkward and its nice to be invited to post material rather than feeling like you're spamming everyone!
